Automated IMAP refresh (sales account, mail.privateemail.com) — reads Inbox + Sent directly, unattended, with no desktop app and no approval click. Marketing & automated mail is filtered below; real conversations are flagged, and the follow-up list shows mail sent with no reply after 3+ days. Looking back 30 days (406 inbox / 127 sent). The restock rally is still running: order #1208 (Nicholas Howard) landed at 8pm last night, making twelve orders since Monday, #1197 through #1208. Yesterday closed well — Marco Lombardi’s delivery thread was answered and is now shut, and Rogue Wave approved the wholesale application and opened the account with two locations (US and Bermuda), which is a new supplier line to set up rather than a message to answer. Nothing new arrived overnight. That leaves the same five open threads as yesterday, and the stale end has not moved at all: Butterfield’s Declaration of Tax Entity form is now a day old, while Andrew Fleming’s bank-transfer proof (11 days) and Ed DeSilva’s overbilling refund (10 days) are both well into their second week.

Real conversations where someone is waiting on you. All 5 genuine open threads in the 30-day window are shown. Marco Lombardi drops off — you answered him at 3:55pm yesterday and he has not come back. Charl Orton signed off with a thank-you, so his thread is closed too.

DECLARATION OF TAX ENTITY FORM
“In regards to opening your business account back in March, audit has reviewed the account opening package and have asked if you can…”
Bank compliance on the operating account, unanswered since yesterday morning. Audit is retro-reviewing the March account-opening pack for the partnership; both partners will likely need to sign, so start it before the weekend rather than letting it slide to Monday.

Re: Delivery
“Thank you. I’ve just placed my order with specific delivery information as we’re a bit tricky to find!”
First-time customer who asked about delivery timing and converted straight into order #1206 minutes later. She has flagged that the address is hard to find — confirm the delivery window and read her order notes before the run.

Re: Order #1191 confirmed
“Bank transfer sent from HSBC Bermuda. It is after the cut off time I think so it may not appear until tomorrow. Transfer transaction attached.”
A customer sent proof of a bank transfer eleven days ago and has had no acknowledgement. Either the money landed and #1191 needs fulfilling, or it did not and he needs telling — the oldest genuinely unanswered thread in the mailbox.

Shipping Refund
“Apologies on the delay on this. Breakdown is as follows: Shipment 1720549, package weight 25 lbs, billed weight 31…” — then followed up again the same afternoon.
He produced the overbilling breakdown you asked for and chased his own email seventeen minutes later. This is real money back on a billed-weight discrepancy, and it has now sat ten days. Note the account has moved to BermudAir/J-Transport since — worth closing the refund before the relationship goes quiet.

WOPC Prelims: Germiko Hill
“Please select a time slot that works for you. Plan to arrive at least 10 mins before your time slot start. Location: Global Atlantic…”
Wave of Opportunity pitch preliminaries. The slide deck went over on 31 Aug and Kelsea acknowledged it, but the prelim time slot itself still has not been booked and slots go first-come.

Also open, lower urgency: Rogue Wave has approved the wholesale account with two locations (US + Bermuda) — no reply needed, but the account needs setting up · Phil at BermudAir is still coming back on the new-roaster verification list · Edward Loi at Hario amended the ship-to on WS-1788 and asked you to flag any issue, worth one line now the invoice is paid · Charl Orton closed with a thank-you but is still owed an espresso recommendation after the Bambino.

You spoke on the Friday, followed up Monday morning and again Monday night. Breville retailer status is the missing piece of the equipment line alongside Fellow, Hario and xBloom — give it to the end of next week, then nudge once.

You asked what machine they run and whether it takes pods. An in-house equipment-plus-coffee lead at the airline you already fly your freight with — the warmest cold lead on the list, and the cargo team is in the mailbox weekly.

Re: Wholesale pricing list
Hospitality lead where you liked the specialty-coffee-corner idea and sent pricing. Four weeks silent — the single highest-value thread on this list if it can be revived.

Also outstanding: Maxwell Mooney at Onyx on the ship-to address change, 14 days · Jeffrey Lawrence’s site enquiry from 14 Aug, answered and never acknowledged · Gareth Maddock on order #1148, 23 days · Sea Venture, 24 days · Jessica Forbess’ small order to a boat in St George’s, 27 days · Natalie Cossar, 5 days, courtesy only · and the BermudAir / J-Transport consolidation thread, now effectively resolved by Jonathan Sanchez’s manifest confirmation.

📋 FYI — orders, payments & site activity (~155 items, 30 days)
Shopify order confirmations & customer notifications — twelve orders since Monday evening: #1197 Jim Paugh, #1198 Marco Lombardi, #1199 Helen Wilson, #1200 Robert Morgan, #1201 Nick Baetge, #1202 Germiko Hill, #1203 Siobhan Boys, #1204 Andy Crichton, #1205 Eric Henderson, #1206 Jasvir Bahra, #1207 Cal Furbert and #1208 Nicholas Howard (the newest arriving 8:01pm Friday) · a matching Authorize.Net merchant receipt on each, 35 in the window, with settlement reports running through 1:20 AM Friday · 57 order notifications across the 30 days, the bulk of them in the last week
Supplier & wholesale accounts — Rogue Wave approved the Harbour Roast wholesale application on Friday afternoon and set up two locations, one USA and one Bermuda; account credentials to follow, so this is a setup job rather than a reply · Hario order WS-1788 confirmed, Wholesail invoice #34464 issued and paid same-day (payment #22JPL, $1,057.04), shipping update received · La Cabra order #4318 confirmed 2 Sep · Prodigal’s wholesale menu closes for orders Sunday 6 Sep
Inbound stock & freight — the BermudAir consolidation cleared BDA on 1 Sep, Thomas Penruddocke filed the BCD and Jonathan Sanchez has both Florida orders on the J-Transport manifest · Mailboxes shipment out for delivery 3 Sep · a UPS shipment is booked in for Thursday 10 Sep (1Z271E4F0353747602) · DHL delivered the Hermanos parcel, with a matching Xero invoice
Harbour Roast Reservations (web3forms) — 7 form submissions in the window; this morning’s D1 ingest ran and left every existing entry and its “followed up” tick untouched (see Reservations tab)
Payments & admin — a Kraken deposit confirmation landed Friday night · Essent Re confirmed the Fellow Aiden payment has been released, so watch Butterfield for the credit · the Canopius invoice is at the tail end of their process, with Josephine confirming Friday worked for delivery · Cove.bm seller notifications · Sargasso reporting · Shopify B2B setup prompt and Pulse insights
🔇 Filtered out — marketing & newsletters (~151 items, 30 days)
Roaster newsletters & menu drops — still the heaviest category: Onyx (18 sends in 30 days), Intelligentsia (13), Passenger (9), Portrait (8), Camellia (7), Danger Coffee (6), Hyunah (5), Sey’s weekly menu (5), Prodigal (5), plus Black & White (a birthday-blend promo Friday), DAK, Brandywine, Sightglass, Hermanos and Big Sur · equipment marketing from Baratza, 1Zpresso, Breville and Fellow (Corey’s 50%-off customization promo) · Faire promos, Buffer’s daily and weekly recaps, Roasters.app, Roaster Tools and Shopify marketing · Standart magazine
Login / verification codes, password resets & account confirmations (Kraken — 9 in the window, Wholesail’s temporary passcode, Private Email renewal notices from Zoho) · 12 Apple TestFlight invitations to test look-alike “AdsGPT” builds from “… Platform OpCo, LLC” senders — a coordinated campaign; ignore and do not install · auto-replies & out-of-office (Asprey Group, Sun Life)
Cold outreach & spam — Mark Pearson’s repeated chases for a “quick chat” about online sales, the “Hennry Alex” and “Abdulqoyyum” approaches that flip to an affiliate pitch on reply, a store-build pitch from “JDH”, packaging spam from Hanmo, and TruLife Distribution’s retail-buyer event. Still flagged: the 3 Sep “Account Service Shopify” email from facturaciondtelv@lvelmirador.com asking you to “verify your registered email address” is a phishing attempt — not Shopify. Do not click it. Nothing in Junk, nothing in Drafts.

DONEWrite SEO title & meta description for the two new Pre-Order collections — /collections/pre-order-coffee and /collections/pre-order-equipment were created and put in the sitemap with no metadata — auto-fixed 31 Aug

11 - HIGHAdd URL redirects for 4 ARCHIVED coffees now serving hard 404s — /products/bayron-arcila-double-ferment-by-portrait-coffee, /products/esayas-beriso-buku-sayisa-by-sey-coffee, /products/felix-morocho-2nd-harvest-by-sey-coffee and /products/the-new-school-strawberry all return a bare 404 with no redirect. These were live, indexed product pages, so this is exactly the case the standing rule covers — and it means the weekly weekly-redirect-check task is not catching archived handles. Worth checking that task before the next sell-through. Redirects cannot be created via the API — add manually under Content → URL redirects, each → /collections/coffee
22 - MEDImprove page load speed — largest remaining on-site lever
33 - MEDDecide redirect policy for retired-to-draft coffees that 404 — 6 more handles sit in DRAFT and return a hard 404: 2straw-2nana-strawnana-smash-vol-2, fellow-clara-french-press, founders-by-portrait-coffee and the three third-wave-water pre-order items. Google has crawled at least /products/triple-double-by-portrait-coffee (21 Aug) and /products/colombia-juan-jimenez-pink-bourbon-by-onyx-coffee-lab (22 Aug). A redirect would shadow the product if the lot is ever re-activated, so this one needs Andrew’s call — unlike the archived coffees in item 1, which are unambiguous
44 - MEDSet SEO title & meta description at product-creation time — the third week running that a new batch landed Active with empty metadata (19 products this week, 6 last week, 16 the week before). Adding the two fields to the batch-create scripts in Scripts/ would close the gap at source instead of a week later
55 - LOWKeep the “Add a Tip” helper product out of search — the $1 cart-tip product is Active and published to the Online Store, so /products/add-a-tip is a thin indexable page. Title and description filled in 31 Aug as a stopgap, but the real fix is a theme-level noindex or removal from the Online Store channel — left for Andrew
66 - LOWTidy the “coffee-and-tea-example-products” collection — corrected from last week’s note: this is not Shopify sample data. It is an internal staging collection titled “Coming Soon” holding 6 draft/archived coffees, but it is published, sitting in sitemap_collections_1.xml and renders as an empty page on a junk handle. Either unpublish it or give it a real handle — removing it from the sales channel is outside this task’s remit
77 - LOWAdd SEO metadata to /collections/frontpage or drop it from the sitemap — Shopify’s default “Home page” collection carries 54 products, has no SEO title or description, and duplicates /collections/coffee
88 - LOWAdd alt text to theme hero / banner images — all product & subscription images done; only theme-level banners remain
99 - LOWCreate location-specific landing pages
1010 - LOWRe-run GSC ‘Not found (404)’ validation — 40 URLs; the 27 Jul attempt is still marked Failed as of 5 Aug. Best run after items 1 and 2 are cleared, otherwise it will fail again
1111 - LOWReview /collections/current-selection vs /collections/coffee overlap — both auto-populate from product type Coffee (36 vs 56 products as of 31 Aug), so they compete for the same queries; consider canonical or noindex on one

What is SDE, and how this is calculated

SDE (seller's discretionary earnings) is the total yearly benefit one owner-operator gets from the business: net profit plus the owner's own pay/draw, plus one-off and personal costs run through the books, plus non-cash items like depreciation. It's the standard earnings base buyers use to value owner-run businesses under about $5M.

Harbour Roast's SDE is negative right now (cumulative loss), so an earnings multiple values it near $0 today. The number on this card is the forward case — what it's worth once SDE turns positive.

SEO Score72/100Manual estimate — score down 16 from 88. Auto-fixed empty SEO title/description on 19 newly-activated products (Onyx, Black & White, Hario, all 9 Hermanos) and on the two new Pre-Order collections; image alt text clean across all 67 active products. New HIGH item: 4 ARCHIVED coffees are serving hard 404s with no redirect, against the standing rule, which suggests weekly-redirect-check is missing archived handles. GSC unchanged at 101 indexed / 149 not-indexed — Search Console has not refreshed since 8/20, so no new week of data; no new issue category. Not a Lighthouse score
